HELTER SKELTER - A True Story of the Mason Murders

Vincent Bugliosi, as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, successfully prosecuted Charles Manson and several other members of his cult, the "Manson Family", for the 1969 murders of Sharon Tate and six others.

The murders perpetrated by Charles Manson and members of his Family were inspired in part by Manson's prediction of Helter Skelter, an apocalyptic war he believed would arise from tension over racial relations between blacks and whites.

Bugliosi later co-authored a best selling book with Curt Gentry about the Manson trial called HELTER SKELTER

Bugliosi has been an outspoken critic of the performance of lawyers and judges in major trials. In 1996, he wrote a bestselling book called OUTRAGE - The Five Reasons Why O.J.  Simpson Got Away With Murder

AND THE SEA WILL TELL is a true crime book by Vincent Bugliosi and Bruce B. Henderson. It details a double murder on a very small island and the subsequent arrest and trial of the suspected perpetrators. This best seller was published in 1991 and adapted into a film that same year.
