Howard Whisenant was happily married with five children. He owned 3 Subway sandwich shops in the Ft. Worth area. He and his wife Tracy were living the good life, or so he thought. Tracy took a lover and the lover wanted EVERYTHING Howard had, the five bedroom house, the business, the Corvette, and the beach front property. At first they tried to kill Howard but that proved too timely so they framed him, claiming he had beaten Tracy up. Next, Tracy shot herself in the leg and told the police Howard had done it, although the police report stated it was a self inflicked gun shot wound. Howard received 70 years for this crime. Tracy and the lover---- well after ruining Howard's life and his family's lives they went on with their lives. Howard is innocent and has been in prison for almost 7 years. Bobbie Greer |
